How do individual flare clusters differ from premade fans?

Premade fan lashes are mainly used by professional lash technicians. In contrast, cluster lashes are suitable for both lash artists and personal home users.

Premade fans come in hot fusion and glue-bonded types. Cluster eyelashes usually have a band similar to strip lashes, though hot-fused clusters are also available.

Some clusters are pre-glued, which is very convenient for self-application.

What’s your MOQ for wholesale flare cluster lash fans?

MOQ depends on what you order, not on style count. Stock trays start at 10 trays per size, and custom length, curl, or thickness combinations start at 10 trays per spec. Every shipment carries a 100-tray line minimum. Private label (your box + your artwork) starts at 200 trays.

How long does production take?

Three numbers, depending on what you’re buying. Stock pre cut lashes ship in 5–10 working days after payment clears. Custom spec orders (your length + curl + thickness mix, no new artwork) run 10–20 working days. Private label orders take 15–25 working days for repeat artwork, or 20–30 working days for first-time artwork, because the physical proof has to be approved before production starts. Add freight on top — sea to North America is 18–25 days, air is 5–7 days.
